Home from European tour

Throughout all of August I toured Europe playing keyboards for Christafari in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Portugal, and Holland. We played in a different city almost every night and I saw old friends almost everywhere, which is a real luxury of being a musician. It was a very busy tour, but it was a blast. This photo is from a festival in Norway.

Recording for new album

I produced recording sessions over the last two days for Johanne Borum’s second album. Both days were dedicated to drums, and we had the fantastic Matt Overby playing for us. When the players are as good as Matt is, I never get tired of recording sessions!

Recording audiobook in French

I just completed the voiceover recordings of a short narrated book called “Dieu existe-t-il?” It was my first time working as a voiceover artist, and I’m told it will be sold in Africa somewhere. Fun!

Tour in France complete

I just played a show in the beautiful city of Chartres in France, where I made what I’m sure will be new lifelong friends. The Christafari tour is over and rest of the band is going home, but I will hang around for another couple of weeks to connect with my French ancestry.

Home from South America tour

I just returned from a tour with Christafari where I was playing keyboards in Guyana, Trinidad, Brazil, and other beautiful tropical places. Perfect for winter!

Brazil tour with Christafari

I spent all of October touring through Brazil again with the band. We had shows almost every day, but there were a few days off and my Portuguese is getting a lot better! I absolutely adore Brazil and would move there in a heartbeat if I thought they had enough of a music industry for me to continue my career as a composer and orchestrator there. It’s a magical country.

Returned from 8-week Europe tour

I just returned from an epic tour through Europe with Christafari for the last 8 weeks. We covered 18 countries, played shows in a different city nearly every night, and saw everything from Iceland to Spain, from England to Latvia, from good to bad. We’re tired, but what a great way to see the world!

This image was from my favorite experience of all, the SLOT art festival in Poland. It’s basically Europe’s Burning Man.
